For personalized or made-to-order items, the details you provide (names, dates, colours, photos, etc.) are used exactly as submitted. Please review your personalization carefully before checkout — once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Payments are processed securely via Paystack and Flutterwave. We do not store your card details. VIP discounts, where applicable, are applied automatically at checkout for eligible customers.
