How Commissions Work

10% of the eligible, discounted subtotal

Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after your customer's discount is applied, excluding shipping and tax. It becomes available for withdrawal 7 days after the order is confirmed delivered.

How Tracking Works

Your code, or your link - whichever applies

A customer who enters your code at checkout, or who shops within 30 days of clicking your referral link, is credited to you. One affiliate per order - no double counting.

How & When You're Paid

Twice monthly, by bank transfer

Once your available balance reaches ₦2,000, request a withdrawal from your dashboard. Payouts are processed on the 15th and last business day of each month, straight to your bank account.

Frequently asked

Is there a cost to join The Fleur Circle?

No. Membership is completely free and no product purchase is required.

Do I need a minimum follower count?

No minimum follower count or platform is required - we review every application individually.

When do I actually get paid?

A commission becomes available 7 days after the order is confirmed delivered, provided there's no refund, cancellation, or fraud issue. Once you've reached the ₦2,000 minimum, request a withdrawal and it's included in the next payout run (15th or last business day of the month).

Can I use my own code on my own orders?

No - self-referrals aren't eligible for commission, per the affiliate agreement.

What if my customer returns their order?

Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders don't earn commission. If a refund happens after a commission has already been paid, it's handled through a documented adjustment.

Do I have to post a certain number of times?

No. There's no mandatory posting schedule and no minimum sales target - promote at your own pace, your own way.

Affiliate agreement

Joining is subject to Fleur De Vie's approval, and membership is free.
Commission (default 10%) is earned only on genuine, qualifying, paid orders - excluding shipping and tax.
Self-referrals and manipulating the referral process are not allowed.
Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders don't earn commission.
Minimum withdrawal is ₦2,000; smaller balances simply roll over.
Payouts are processed twice monthly, by bank transfer.
Affiliates are independent promoters, not Fleur De Vie employees, and create their own content.
Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship where required, and avoid false claims about our products, pricing, or delivery.
